Quick Hack to create a Lipstick Chart in Power BI

Ever needed a lipstick chart in Power BI, but either didn’t want to use a commerical one (ie $$) or your organisation restricts external visualisations?  Use this hack to create your own from the stacked column or stacked bar chart.
